Two Concerts on Earth Day Schedule: 8:00am – Set Up; 8:30am – Warm Up; 8:45am – 9:15am (1st Concert); 15 minute break; 9:30am – 10:00am (2nd Concert) Notes: We can use their sound system We need to sign in as we arrive Concert is in the multipurpose room

10:30am - Management Team meeting; 11:00am - Full Member meeting; * Catered lunch will be provided by Sonny's BBQ. We will eat at the church following the meetings!
